Epworth at Home Hospice is proud to be a not-for-profit, faith-based hospice program affiliated with the Oklahoma Conference of the United Methodist Church. We are Medicare-certified and licensed by the state of Oklahoma.

Epworth at Home Hospice provides comprehensive hospice care to families in the Greater Oklahoma City Area bringing you an entire interdisciplinary team: an RN case manager, social worker, spiritual counselor, hospice aide/homemaker, dietary counselor, bereavement and grief counselor, and a hospice physician who can work with your family doctor.
Spiritual Care Services - Our nondenominational spiritual support staff provides care according to your beliefs. If you desire, they will coordinate care with your personal clergy to support your spirit, your way.
Hospice Aide/Homemaker Services - Our hospice aides are certified and specially trained to provide you with personal care and household assistance. They work tirelessly to promote your comfort, sense of security and autonomy.
Hospice Volunteer Services - Quality Life’s dedicated volunteers are eager and available to provide additional support services, such as companionship, running errands/shopping, yard work and even preparing some occasional “comfort food” for you and your family.
Therapy Services - Physical, speech and occupational therapists can provide rehabilitation to improve or maintain your level of independence and quality of life.
Nutritional Services -Our qualified registered nurses and dieticians provide dietary counseling and training. Their guidance ensures that your nutritional needs are met to help you maintain your energy and sense of wellbeing.
Bereavement and Grief Services - Our bereavement counselors are there for you and your family from the day of admission, and can provide support for as long as you need them.
Prescriptions, Medical Equipment and Supplies - We provide you with all prescriptions, equipment and supplies needed for managing your terminal illness and related conditions. We never charge a co-pay to Medicare patients
